The festive red and white small dumplings are a symbol of warmth and good intentions, commonly seen at banquet halls and wedding receptions, serving as a delicious plate of red and white pearls that convey emotions and a sense of hospitality!
Made from organic glutinous rice grown using the Xiuming natural farming method, the dumplings are crafted through traditional techniques—grinding round glutinous rice into a paste and preparing them into crispy cakes. These dumplings are soft and chewy, with a perfectly sized texture that not only delivers the rich fragrance and taste of rice but is also easy to digest. The red "pearl" inside is naturally dyed with red yeast rice, ensuring the food is safe and natural for everyone. Their smooth and textured bite feels like freshly handmade dumplings, and once tasted, they’ll leave you wanting more.
Special reminder: As these are made purely from rice, do not overcook them. After bringing the water to a boil, drop in the dumplings, turn the heat to medium, and cover the pot. When it comes to a boil again, add a bowl of cold water, repeating this process twice. Once the dumplings float during the final boil, they are ready to enjoy.
