This product is made from Merlot grapes, a classic Italian wine grape known for its velvety smooth character. Voelkel has established a long-term partnership with the Italian family-owned company Polpuva. The grapes are grown locally using Demeter-certified biodynamic farming methods. When fully ripe and at peak vitality, the grapes are hand-harvested, quickly washed, and pressed whole with skins and seeds, then bottled on site. This process preserves abundant nutrients and delivers a rich, aromatic grape flavor. Enjoying a daily glass of biodynamic red grape juice may support metabolism and overall well-being.
|Pasteurization Method
Fresh fruit juice is briefly heated (65–85°C) and rapidly cooled before bottling. This gentle pasteurization helps preserve the juice’s natural flavor while minimizing nutrient loss, ensuring every drop tastes as fresh as freshly pressed juice.
