Vinification & Winemaking｜This wine is considered the “old school hero” of the range, inspired by the diverse wines of the Rhône and shaped by the same lineage that brought these varieties to Terra Australia. Crafted to highlight lightness, depth, and poise, qualities that embody biodynamic practice. Named in honor of Ken Schlieb’s unwavering will to preserve vineyard diversity and vine age, this wine reflects the strength of estate-grown fruit. Unfiltered, unfined, and vegan-friendly.
Color｜Red-purple, medium weight with brown edges showing maturity.
Aroma｜Notes of plum, tar, and Christmas pudding with a woody spice background. A floral lift, attributed to the inclusion of white grape varieties.
Palate｜Sweet fruit entry, light-bodied mid-palate, finishing long and savoury with silky tannins. Oak adds structure and framing.
