Coppola Sugo Napoletana Sauce combines finely cut sautéed vegetables to create a tomato sauce.

This sauce recalls soffritto, the mixed vegetable base that forms the foundation of many Italian sauces, soups, and stews.

This sauce is great with short pasta like rigatoni or penne.

Coppola Sugo Napoletana Sauce features Italian tomatoes, without added sugar or sweeteners, and excludes thickeners, preservatives, colorings, and artificial flavors.

Coppola’ secret 88% Italian tomatoes; simply good quality Italian tomatoes cooked with fresh ingredients.

Our sauce is gluten free certified and vegan.

Packed in glass jars with BPA free lid.

Good to know: The Italian word “soffritto” refers to the process of gently cooking vegetables in oil to soften them and release their flavor. It describes the method of “frying slowly.”
