Description

This rice Madeleine was born from our desire to reconnect with the flavours of Taiwan’s land and terroir.
Made with organic Hualien rice in place of traditional flour, and blended with sustainably grown Taiwanese vanilla bean, maqaw, prickly ash seed, and lemon, this familiar French pastry carries the aroma and memory of the place we call home.

Delicate notes of rice are layered with bright citrus and gentle mountain spice — subtle, yet full of character.
Perhaps it reflects Plants after ten years: returning to the land, and rediscovering what flavour can truly mean.

❍ Product images are for reference only. Serving containers, utensils, decorations, and additional ingredients are not included.
❍ Enjoy directly from the refrigerator. If frozen, allow to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving.
