"Raw food" is a type of way-of-eating that we are very fond of. The concept is to process ingredients at temperatures below 45°C to fully preserve the nutrients and enzyme activity in the food. Preparing raw food usually takes more than 12 hours, it requires a significant amount of effort and time, a true labour of love.

* For home delivery, our cakes are carefully packaged and delivered at low temperatures. While we take precautions, there is still a risk of deformation during transportation, which you agree to when placing your order. Please consider this if you seek perfection, or choose self-pickup.

* Cakes for self-pickup are delivered frozen. If you prefer them chilled, please specify in the order notes.

* Cakes are boxed for delivery. For self-pickup, you can bring your own shopping bag for packaging, helping Mother Earth breathe a little easier.

How to slice the naked cake after receiving it?

Thaw cake in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.⚠️Must be cut with a hot knife! Dipping the knife in hot water before cutting will prevent tearing, uneven slicing, or sticking to the knife. The residual heat of the knife helps the knife slide through it like butter. Run the knife under the hot water in the sink or fill a tall cylinder-like container such as a pitcher with hot water. After you dip, be sure to wipe away excess water from the knife before slicing. Also wipe your knife clean after every cut, and repeat.
