6' ORIGINAL NEW YORK CHEESECAKE w/ WILD BLUEBERRY COMPOTEPreserving the classic rich cheese flavor and soft, smooth texture, this cheesecake uses a base made from cashews and Bambara groundnuts as a substitute for traditional ingredients. It is dense and delicate with a subtle sweet and sour taste. The gluten-free crust made from brown rice and almonds adds fragrance, and the homemade wild blueberry compote enhances the flavor, making it delicious and satisfying without being overly sweet.
* For home delivery, our cakes are carefully packaged and delivered at low temperatures. While we take precautions, there is still a risk of deformation during transportation, which you agree to when placing your order. Please consider this if you seek perfection, or choose self-pickup.
* Cakes for self-pickup are delivered frozen. If you prefer them chilled, please specify in the order notes.
* Cakes are boxed for delivery. For self-pickup, you can bring your own shopping bag for packaging, helping Mother Earth breathe a little easier.
