How to slice your cake after receiving it

Allow the raw-style cake to thaw in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours or overnight.

⚠️ Always use a hot knife!

Before slicing, dip your knife in hot water. This helps prevent cracking, uneven cuts, or sticking. The residual heat allows the knife to glide through the cake smoothly, almost like cutting butter.

You can either run the knife under hot water or soak it in a container of hot water. After heating, wipe off excess water before slicing.

For best results, clean and reheat the knife between each cut. Repeating this process will give you clean, beautiful slices.

❍ All cakes are carefully packed and shipped under refrigerated conditions. However, due to their delicate nature, there is a risk of slight deformation during transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk. For those who prefer perfection, we recommend in-store pick-up.
❍ Cakes for pick-up are provided in a frozen state by default. If you prefer a chilled (refrigerated) cake, please leave a note when ordering.
❍ All cakes are boxed. For pick-up orders, feel free to bring your own bag to help reduce waste ❤️
