Cooking Instructions

Boil the noodles
Boil the rice noodles in hot water for about 5 to 8 minutes (until slightly soft).
Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water to prevent them from cooking further, and then keep aside.

Stir-fry tofu and prawns
Heat 2 Tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan on a high heat. Stir-fry the tofu until golden brown, set aside.
Stir fry the prawns until almost cooked through, add the fried tofu, then crack 1 egg into the pan.
Keep stirring both prawns, tofu and egg around the pan until they’re both cooked through.

Add noodles & sauce
Add the noodles and mix in the Pad Thai sauce (included in the noodles kit) in the pan.
Continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes until all the ingredients are all mixed in well together.

Add Bean sprouts and plate your dish
Add bean sprouts then serve your Pad Thai straight from the pan.
Garnish with crushed unsalted peanuts, fresh coriander and lime wedges.
