Ingredients|Sunflower oil, coconut sugar, salt, lemongrass, lime juice, garlic, tamarind juice (tamarind, water), red shallots, red chili, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, coriander, bell pepper extract.

Cooking Instructions|
Bring 500ml of water to a boil and add 1 small vegetable stock cube.
(You can also optionally add 2 spring onions, a whole stalk of lemongrass, and a few kaffir lime leaves based on your preference.)
Add 70g of Thai sour and spicy soup paste.
Add mushrooms and any other vegetables or fruits you like, and cook until tender.
Turn off the heat and add 1 teaspoon of lime juice.
(You can sprinkle fresh basil on top before serving for extra flavuor.)
