Balsamic vinegar is a traditional Italian wellness food! It is not only a seasoning, but also enjoyed as a beverage. Many believe that consuming something mildly acidic helps balance the body. However, many vinegars on the market contain excessive additives and sugar, which may do more harm than good.

From salads and dipping sauces to beverages, just a few drops can elevate even the simplest dishes.

Balsamic vinegar features a rich flavor and distinctive texture and is commonly used in the following ways:
Vinaigrette Dressing | 1 part vinegar : 3 parts oil. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to enhance flavor. It can also be used in cooking sauces—for example, in a creamy pasta sauce, allow excess acidity to evaporate during cooking, then add fresh cream to create a delicate grape aroma blended with a rich white sauce for a layered, full-bodied taste.
Salad Dressing | Mix balsamic vinegar with olive oil, add garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and drizzle over salad.
Roasted Vegetables | Cut vegetables (such as tomatoes, onions, asparagus, pumpkin, etc.) into pieces. Place on a baking tray, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, season with salt and black pepper, and roast until tender—absolutely delicious!
Risotto | Cook rice with broth until about 80% done. Add balsamic vinegar, onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Continue simmering until fully cooked, then season with salt and black pepper.
Apple Pie | Dice apples and place in a pot. Add balsamic vinegar, sugar, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt. Cook until apples soften, then place into pie crust and bake until golden brown.
When cooking, adjust the amount and ratio according to your taste and ingredients.
