Coppola Chickpeas in water and nothing else.
Chick peas have a firm texture and mild, nutty flavour. They are a staple in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Indian cooking. In Italian cooking they are used for pasta dishes and in soups, salads and stews. In Middle Eastern cuisine they are used for hummus and falafel and are featured in Moroccan couscous and tagines. Because they readily absorb other flavours, spices or seasonings, they are widely used in Indian spiced stews.
Coppola chickpeas are made in Italy from selected chickpeas that are rehydrated and packed in water with nothing else added.
Halal and Kosher certified, made with no salt added, no calcium chloride and no ascorbic acid.
Packed in easy open, white lacquered, BPA free lining tinned cans.
