Gluten-free bread made with locally grown sorghum and organic rice from Taiwan, naturally fermented with sourdough to create a bright, refreshing tang. It’s infused with “pug coi”, a preserved mustard green commonly found in Hakka cuisine, adding a savoury, slightly sweet depth and a satisfying crunch. Paired with a fragrant Hakka-style pesto made with local basil, sesame oil confit garlic and almonds.

More than just a delightful bite, this creation is a heartfelt tribute to our land and culture. The “PUG COI & BASIL ROLL” blends tradition and innovation—offering a taste of Taiwan’s rich heritage in every mouthful.
