Hsinchu-Style Fine Rice Noodles
Made from "Taiwanese high-quality Japonica rice" combined with "natural vegetable and fruit flour" as the main ingredients, using the traditional "steaming method" to create Hsinchu's distinctive fine rice noodles. The vibrant colors, natural flavors, and rich nutrition all come from the raw agricultural products themselves. These noodles contain no corn starch, wheat starch, or any processed starches, nor do they contain preservatives, artificial flavoring, or coloring agents.
Product Features|Made with premium Japonica rice and natural vegetable and fruit flour, with no additives. The noodles are fine and thin, and are "fully cooked by steaming" before drying, so they are "quick to cook and easy to prepare."
Preparation|No need to soak or blanch before cooking, just rinse briefly with cold water.
