Made from 80% ripe green plums, cleaned and sun-dried, this product offers a sweet yet slightly tangy taste with a subtle infusion of oolong tea fragrance. The plums are perfect for direct consumption, aiding digestion, or adding to various dishes. The plum juice can be used to pickle cold dishes or diluted to make a refreshing plum drink. You can also mix the plum juice with rice to create rice balls or sushi!

Completely free of artificial fragrances and additives, it carries only a gentle tea aroma, not overpowering.
